So last night I had a dream about nothing other than... snowww! It is quite obvious that this dream was due to the ever falling white flakes from the day before. Often times dreams revolve around a certain days events. In fact most of the time that is all they are is a combination of everything that happened that day mixed in with some emotions.

The five most common dreams are : Falling, Being chased your teeth falling out, being back at school, and your spouse cheating on you.

Nightmares are often said to be forewarning signal, to be careful about things that may come that we should prevent or think of a solution to overcome. Some say that nightmares are used to exercise the mind, to prepare it for things that could happen in real life. Stressful things that happen during the day can turn dreams into nightmares.

It is said to represent anxiety about your appearance and how others perceive you. Also it can be a fear of being embarrassed or making a fool of yourself in some specific situation. And the loss of teeth in your dream may be from a sense of powerlessness. According to the Chinese, there is a saying that your teeth will fall out if your are telling lies.
